System Requirements
The Landlord's & Flipper's Cash Flow
Analyzer software are
Microsoft Excel-based. And no, our software is not just
another 'spreadsheet'. Our software has specially designed
macros for navigational purposes and sophisticated formulae for
generating powerful results.
We are CPAs and have been in
this business since 1993... with over 23,000 users, we know that an easy-to-use &
understandable interface is the key to exploiting the power of
software and the key to your real estate investment success!
We made it simple and easy-to-use for you. Due to our design structure
and template format, you do NOT need to know how to
use Excel. We simply use the Excel engine to drive the
calculations. But, if you do know Excel, you are free to
modify anything about our software as you see fit.
It does not matter which operating
system you have... e.g. Windows 98, 2000, XP, Vista or even a Mac.
All you simply need is Microsoft Excel 97 or greater, however we
do recommend using at least Excel 2003. Some customers
(but not all) with older versions of Excel have experienced
problems running the sophisticated newer VBA macros.
Attention MAC USERS: All you need is Excel for Mac.
