Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy on original software purchases.  If you wish to return the software, you need to complete and sign a Letter of Intellectual Property Destruction.  The letter needs to be received by our office within the 30-day period along with any software materials you received from us.  Since our software is immediately downloadable, you must complete and sign the letter.  Email or fax copies can't be accepted.   (click here for letter)  Proof of delivery is required to prevent delays, and the uninstall code must be entered on the letter where indicated.

Electronic Delivery: Please note that even though we ship a backup CD and hard copy manual, our product is considered delivered electronically whether or not you choose to download.  Download links are delivered automatically to the email address you provide in your order.  Please check your spam folder and be sure to white-list our email address to avoid delays.  If for any reason you do not receive the download link, then you must contact us to provide an alternative email address.

Unfortunately, shipping and handling fees are not refundable. All returns must be pre-authorized. Refunds can not issued on unauthorized returns.

International Orders:  Canadian & Australian versions have the same money-back guarantee as the US versions for their respective countries.  Otherwise, there are no refunds for international orders. Our US version is designed using United States principles of taxation and real estate analysis.  The Canadian and Australian version uses the respective Canadian and Australian income tax laws and interest-expense methodologies.  Many countries or geographic regions may have real estate analysis nuances that are different than what is used in the US.  As such, we can't guarantee that our model will exactly match your a specific country, culture, or region's typical method of analysis.  We invite you to email us with your questions before purchase.

Upgrades: Software upgrade purchases are not eligible for a refund regardless of circumstance.  Please ensure that you qualify for an upgrade before purchasing.  Contact us in advance should have any questions regarding your eligibility. We are happy to assist you prior to purchase.  If you do not qualify, any amounts paid can be applied to any additional cost required to obtain the latest version.  See Upgrade Policy

Military Addresses: Our software (including the manual) is downloadable to the email address you provide.  We are willing to ship a backup CD and a hard copy manual to a military address you provide, but because of security issues with military installations, we can't guarantee delivery nor provide proof of delivery. Thus, if you wish us to ship to a military address but do not receive the backup CD and manual, we will not be able to issue a refund since you can't return the shipped items that were lost.  A military address is used at your own risk.

Seminars:  Refunds can not be issued if you cancel within 30 days of the scheduled seminar date.  However, if you are unable to make your scheduled seminar date for any reason, you may attend any other scheduled class.  There is a $25 rescheduling fee that covers your food, etc.

Multiple Orders: If multiple orders are made from the same office, a refund will not be issued regardless of circumstance.  There have been several instances where real estate agents (and others) soon discovered after placing their order that other fellow agents in their office already owned a license.  They, of course, subsequently requested a refund under our very liberal 30-day refund policy thinking they could just "share" the other's software.  Not only is this behavior costly to us, but this "sharing" is equivalent to software piracy and is illegal.  Please respect our intellectual rights and our efforts to keep the software affordable for everyone.

Software Customization and Modification Requests:  Many of our customers request customization of our software for various needs or specific investment and presentation requirements.  We quote these fees up front based on defined parameters.  We have a 30-day warranty on our modification services.  If we do not deliver what was promised, we will fix it.  The warranty does not cover issues resulting from changes that you make to the software.  Because these are services, refunds can not be issued.  Furthermore, since charges for our services are discounted based on the fact that the software has been purchased, once the modifications has been delivered, no refunds are available for the actual software either.

Breach of Software License:  A breach of the software license will immediately void any refund privilege.
