Software Support We provide free technical support for our software for the first year. After a year, we are only able to provide unlimited support for the latest version of the software. Should you need technical assistance after a year, we ask that you purchase an upgrade. Please note that we do not charge annual fees or require you to purchase upgrades. The price of the software is a one-time charge. We do keep our software updated as income tax laws and the real estate industry changes, so you may wish to upgrade when applicable.
