|Can I print reports in PDF for clients, investors and lenders?|
Yes, all of our reports can be printed in PDF format using our easy-to-use, free, built-in PDF software.
|Can I download the software? Do I also receive a CD and manual?|
You can immediately download the software if you wish. The download link is emailed to you with the email you enter during checkout. We also ship a CD and manual so that you can have the original software to reinstall if needed.

|Do I have to pay monthly fees or constantly be logged in online?|
No, we do not charge you monthly fees or require you to log into our servers to use the software. You will not be dependent on anyone's servers or the speed of your connection to get fast, detailed analysis. You are able to download and install the software on your desktop or laptop and use the software regardless of your internet connection such as when you are at a client's office or at a property location.
|Does the Landlord's & Flipper's Cash Flow Analyzer ® work on a Mac?|
Yes, as long as you have Microsoft Excel for Mac. However, the latest version of Mac is not compatible since it does not support VBA code. We are hopeful Apple will add this feature soon. |Can I install the software on more than one computer?|
Yes, you can install our software on any computer that you own such as a home and work computers. We allow this for your convenience. Of course, there are always individuals who will push the envelope, so please do respect the copyright laws and adhere to the spirit of our intent.
|Can I insert a pictures?|
Yes, you can. You will be able to insert picture on the Executive Summary, Cover, and Photo Album pages. You can also import your company's logo.
|Can I change the report colors?|
Yes, you can. We have pre-determined colors that you can choose from to match your company logo or company colors. If you have a specific RGB color scheme, please contact us for a free quote to customize your reports.
|What about future software upgrades? Am I obligated to purchase?|
Tax law change updates are free for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, and software feature upgrades are free for six (6) months. After that time, you may purchase an upgrade for only $24.95, but you are NOT required to do so. Software Upgrade Policy
|Am I required to be online when I use your software?|
No, you are not required to be online to use our software. Our desktop/laptop software does not require an internet connection, nor does it require you to remember log-in names or passwords.
|Can I change the currency formatting and do a currency conversion?|
Easy! Use the currency conversion tool built into the software (Dollars, Euro, Pounds, Rands).
