.  There is no place to enter a down payment.  Where do I enter that information?

A.  The Analyzer infers the amount of your down payment. When you enter the amount you paid for the property, e.g. $100,000, and also the amount borrowed, e.g. $75,000, the calculations that compute cash flow, rate of return, property sale, etc. assume a $25,000 down payment. ($100,000-$75,000)

.  Can I install the software on more than one computer?

A. Yes, you can install our software on any computer that you own.  We allow this for your convenience.  Of course, there are always individuals who will push the envelope, so please do respect the copyright laws and adhere to the spirit of our intent.

.  How do I insert a picture?

A.  Select "Insert" from the menu bar, then "Picture", "From File.." and then locate and choose the file that you want to insert from your hard drive, CD or memory stick.

.  How do I convert values to euros and do a currency exchange at a specified conversion rate?

A.  Easy! Use the Euro conversion tool built into the software.
